Measurements Update!

WOW! Seeing the difference in where I was in November compared to where I am now is SO awesome! I am so proud of myself and SO grateful for the wonderful support I've been getting on the forums at MCC! Just to give you an idea: My waist was 38in but now it's 36.5 (I lost an inch and a half!). My body fat percentage was 30 but now I'm down to 25.9!! That means I'm only 0.9 away from my ideal percentage!! Yipee!

According to the gov't website I was at today I need to be no heavier than 174lbs and have a waist of 35" or smaller to lower my risk of disease and to be healthy at my height. Well, just 6 more pounds and 1.5" to go! Woohoo!

I can't imagine how awesome I am going to look and feel when I meet those goals! :-D
