Just keep going

Sunday, March 26:
Jogged in 8/1 sets for 30 minutes at an easy pace on the treadmill. (recovery run)

Monday, March 27:
Ran 3 miles in 8/1 sets pushing Ethan in his jogger stroller around Lake Murray.

Tuesday, March 28:
Off day

Wednesday, March 29:
Strength training

Thursday, March 30:
Ran 4 miles in intervals of 1mile jog, 1/4 mile run, 1 mile jog, 1/4 mile run, etc. (Lake Murray)

Results: Sore & TIRED! But enjoying a strong feeling of accomplishment!
